I understand that a co-own agreement with The Bully Village would cost at LEAST $4000, but can cost up to $6000, depending on overall quality, pedigree, structure, etc. Once we come to an agreement, a contract will be sent to your email address. Once the deposit is sent, The Bully Village will sign their end of the contract, which makes the deal official. We do NOT do payment plans. We do offer financing that you can apply for. All of the remaining money is due when the puppy turns 8 weeks old.

I understand that in a co-own agreement with The Bully Village would involve a female puppy. That puppy would be cared for day to day by the co-own partner (you). You would be responsible for day to day costs such as food, shots, etc. We would co-own the female for 1-2 litters depending on the deal we work out. All breeding costs such as c section, stud fee, progesterone tests, etc. would be split 50/50 between you and The Bully Village.

I understand that I would be responsible for whelping the puppies (unless otherwise agreed upon). When the puppies are 4 weeks old, you and The Bully Village would make their "picks". You would get odd number picks and The Bully Village would get even numbered picks. You are free to keep or sell your "picks" from the litter(s). If there was an odd number of puppies, we would split the profit of that puppy 50/50.

I understand that to be considered for a co-own agreement with The Bully Village, I must be willing and able to communicate effectively, afford future breeding costs, and breeding the dog is a PRIORITY and will be treated as such.

If we decide to co-own with you, we will be resources to you. We will share with you any and all knowledge we have to help you be a successful breeder. This information ranges from getting the female pregnant, whelping puppies, marketing, etc.
